Greeting Cards are sent UK FREE DELIVERY 2nd Class Royal Mail  - Select delivery option at checkout

UK Delivery - £3.95, for orders under £40 or FREE DELIVERY over £40

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail (Tracked 48) or Evri - YOUR choice , if you know that you will not be in to receive a parcel, please advise at time of order where your parcel can be left.  Standard UK includes Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands. Free UK delivery applies automatically on all orders over £40. 

We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1 working day, Monday - Friday. Delivery will normally be received within 3-5 working days from order (excluding any special orders and Bank Holidays) on all UK orders.  

1 - 3 Day Delivery £5.95  via APC Couriers England and Wales post codes only Free over £50

We can ship Internationally from £26.95. For International deliveries of Raffia Baskets outside of Mainland Europe, please email us for a quote.  sarah@vibranthome.co.uk 

Please note that if you order Raffia Baskets when the shipping option specifically says "Excludes all Raffia Baskets" your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a £10 admin fee. This fee is charged to cover the Paypal Charges / Credit Card Charges re International refunds.

Gift Wrapping

Sometimes we know that when you are visiting our website you are looking for a gift, we are always happy to gift wrap any item that you have taken time to choose for a special person. In the message box at checkout, just tell us which item you would like gift wrapped and also if you would like a message enclosed (just add it to the message box) - there is no charge, just part of the service.

Packaging

At Vibrant Home, we think packaging is an important part of shopping, but we also believe in recycling the packaging that is used. You can reuse all the colourful tissue paper in our parcels to wrap your gifts or be creative and use in the art box, and cardboard boxes are always useful.

All the bubble wrap and foam chips that we use, are recycled from our suppliers and where possible we reuse the boxes, we hope you don't mind.
