All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability (all our products are kept in stock unless a Special Order).
We will contact you via e mail to confirm your purchase so please ensure the details you provide on your order are correct. Please would you also provide your mobile telephone number so that we can pass this to the courier company. If any of the details on your order are incorrect please contact us as soon as possible.
Please contact us via email email@example.com if there is an item that we do not currenly stock that you would like, or if we do not stock the colour or pattern you are after - we will do our best to try and source it from our suppliers.

Guarantee & Returns
We’ve extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. You can return any gift you buy 1 November - 24 December up until 14 January if it’s unwanted or unsuitable.
The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within fourteen days of receiving your goods and you have a further fourteen days to return the goods.
We will refund or exchange your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods back if:

Please note we are unable to accept returns on used/opened products unless faulty.
When making a return please notify us first via e mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a returns reference number and then send the item back to:

Please include your details and the reason for the return. Please ensure that any returned goods are correctly packed to avoid breakages. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour / print of the same value (I know choosing on line can be difficult), then please return the item at your cost advising what you would like instead and we will send the exchange out to you with no delivery charge.
Breakages in transit and Damaged items
All items must be inspected upon receipt. Breakages in transit and damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods by email to email@example.com. Broken goods must be kept together with the original packaging for 2 weeks incase we or our insurers wish to recover them. Replacements will be offered from stock if available. If not, refunds or replacements direct from our suppliers may be offered as an alternative. We may require an photograph of the broken or damaged item to be sent by email.Data Privacy & Security
Vibrant Home Ltd will not pass on your personal details to any third party other than to process payment. We use SagePay to collect/ process transaction information and we do not store credit card details.
